This site has no accounts or traveler payments. Short contact forms submit inquiries securely to MAZZEO TRAVEL by email. Downloadable campaign briefs remain local to the page and are not submitted. Do not include identity documents, payment details or sensitive information. Hosting may process essential connection and security logs; Google Analytics measures visits only after your explicit consent. You can decline or withdraw consent using Cookie settings. External websites have their own privacy policies.

MAZZEO TRAVEL is operated by MAZZEO MEDIA GROUP LTD, UIC 208948621. Questions about privacy and your data: office@mazzeomediagroup.com. No account is created by contacting us.

The website forms send your name, email, message and supplied business details over HTTPS through SuperHosting to the dedicated webforms@mazzeotravel.com mailbox for review and a response by authorized staff. These form submissions are not automatically forwarded to Gmail or connected to MAZZEO MAIL CENTER or OpenAI. Their content is not stored in the website’s MariaDB database or browser storage. Private hashed security metadata supports rate limits and duplicate prevention; hosting and mail services retain technical logs and email copies. Mail-server acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery, a response or partnership approval. If you instead email info@, partners@, creators@ or support@mazzeotravel.com directly, those separate mailboxes have management Gmail forwarding and existing Mail Center processing, which may include OpenAI-assisted classification or summaries. Your own email provider also processes direct email.

Property advertising inquiries are sent through the same secure mail-only intake used by MAZZEO TRAVEL contact forms. We use the submitted details only to review and reply to the inquiry. Do not send identity documents, bank card details or other sensitive information.

Ordinary inquiries are reviewed for deletion 30 days after receipt. To request access, correction or deletion, contact support@mazzeotravel.com. Automatic deletion of every mail or provider-backup copy is not guaranteed. If you email us directly, your own email provider also processes the message.
